Paul Wakefield, founder of BeMore and the creator of the RESJAM Method is a highly respected Education and Wellbeing Specialist with a proven track record in mental health, anxiety management, and personal development.

Since becoming a Certified Life Coach in 2006, Paul has dedicated his career to empowering individuals worldwide to overcome anxiety and cultivate positive habits.
In 2008, he became a Certified Breakthrough Anxiety Coach and Mindfulness Teacher, further deepening his expertise in mental health and wellbeing.
